We were able to minister to the women at the Tela prison and share God’s word with them. Sharing God’s Word and praying with these ladies was wonderful. Two women accepted Jesus into their hearts. One of the women, who was getting released from prison soon, shared that she wanted to do better for her children and herself after she was out. She wanted to follow Jesus. We were able to pray over her, and give her a bible for herself as well as a children’s bible to share with her children when they are reunited. As I shared a word of encouragement God had given me that morning for another one of the prisoners, I could see the impact on her heart. The opportunities we had to preach, pray and serve in Honduras have made a lifelong impact! It was a great opportunity to make connections with the prisoners, locals and move with the Spirit to speak God into their situations.
