Honduras Fall 2025
During the Fall 2025 mission trip to Honduras, the team will engage in building relationships with the local church and community through a variety of impactful initiatives. These include children's ministry, the Labor team, feeding ministry, and prison ministry. The effort will be led by Team Leaders Jenny and Daniel Gutierrez.

This meeting will provide all of the necessary information to make an informed decision on if you would like to attend a trip with Going Global. You will also be given the trip booklet and have the opportunity to meet the team leaders, Daniel and Jenny Gutierrez.

Meet your team! You will have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the trip. Your Trip Leads will share vital information about your trip, ministry goals, itinerary, etc Down Payments of $850 are also due at this time.

This meeting will focus on team building aspects for our trip. It'll be a good opportunity to get to know your team members better and grow together all while preparing spiritually for the trip. T Shirts and Go Bags will be available this day!

Team Meeting 3 Required
The meeting will cover final passport checks to ensure everyone is travel-ready, important trip information to prepare participants for the journey, a review and confirmation of flight details, and an opportunity to address any last-minute changes or questions. This will ensure that all team members are fully informed and ready for the upcoming trip

Liability Waiver // Medical Release // Emergency Contact Required
These documents will be handed out at the interest meeting. You will be required to turn this back to your trip leader or Going Global admin before the trip date. Notarization is required for the Liability Waiver/Medical Release. Notary's are usually available at your local bank.
Power of Attorney // Required for Minors Only
Parents/Guardians of Minor traveling with the team, please fill the form out with your Team Lead's information along with the travel dates listed as the start and end of the POA. For more information please contact your trip leaders or Jordan Hall at 931-542-2025 or [email protected]
Foreign Travel // Legal Release Required
This document will be handed out at the Interest Meeting. The document MUST be sign and returned.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Valid Passport - Must not expire within 6 months of Launch Day (Day of Departure) **MUST UPLOAD BY FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE**
- Attend all team meetings - Please refer to booklet and email communication for dates, times, and locations.
- Power of Attorney must be signed and notarized for any minors
- Legal Release must be signed by all participants
- Liability Waiver and Medical Release must be signed AND NOTARIZED by all participants
Responsibilities
- The trip will consist of Ministry Teams focused on children's ministry, prison ministry, and feeding ministry, alongside projects led by the Labor team, building relationships within the local church and community.
Restrictions
- All minors not accompanied by a parent/guardian must get prior approval from trip leads before application acceptance
- Hep B Vaccine required for all working in the medical clinic.
- Any individual under 18 years of age will not be permitted to work in the clinic.
Preparation
- Complete the Online Application and Wait for Approval.
- Apply for a Passport/Renew Passport if Expires 6 Months Before Date of Departure.
- Print Out Forms Provided (if not received at interest meeting) to be signed and/or notarized.
- Begin Fundraising for your trip.
- Upload Passport to Service Reef Profile **MUST UPLOAD BY FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE**
